I hope you're having an amazing week! Today i will share with you my feelings about this trend that i've spotted lately, the Tie-Dye print.
Maybe your parents and even you will remember this print. I remember that i wore it in the 90's, but in that decade was the return of the trend.
Originally the Tie-Dye born in 60's by the hippie and flower power movement, so it's the second time that this trend hits the stores' raqs.
At the beginning i was sceptical about this trend, because let's face it, it's a little striking and you need a lot of confidence to wear it, and also being very clever to style it.
I have seen this everywhere, on blogs, online stores, youtube videos and instagram, so i decided to gather some pictures to show you how the Tie-Dye is invading the fashion world.

Espero que estés teniendo una semana increíble! Hoy voy a compartir contigo mi sentimiento acerca de esta tendencia que ha llamado mi atención últimamente, el estampado Tie-Dye.
Tal vez tus papás e incluso tu recordarás este estampado. Recuerdo que yo solía usarlo en la década de los 90, pero en esa década era solo el retorno de la tendencia.
Originalmente el Tie-Dye nació en años 60 por el movimiento hippie y el flower power, por lo que es la segunda vez que esta tendencia llegue a los raqs de la tiendas.
Al principio yo estaba escéptica acerca de esta tendencia, porque seamos sinceros, es un poco llamativa y se necesita mucha confianza para usarlo, y también ser muy inteligente para combinarlo.
Lo he visto esto en todas partes, en los blogs, tiendas online, vídeos de YouTube e Instagram, así que decidí recopilar algunas fotos para mostrar cómo la Tie-Dye está invadiendo el mundo de la moda.

ReplyDeleteI blogged about this topic a couple of weeks ago. I am not a fan of the tie-dye which includes a bold and bright explosion of colors. I prefer the tie-dye prints that are more subtle. Your post is wonderful. I enjoyed reading it.

Hi Sharon! Thanks so much for commenting! I know, the tie-dye is very controversial, you can love it or hate it. I was inspired to do this post because I saw awesome and cool girls wearing it. I think you can include this print in your outfits in a subtle way. :)
