Hello everybody!
So this post is something that i really want to share with you. Past friday i was invited to attend and support a fashion event where the goal was to collect funds to open a cancer center in a small city. It was so inspiring hear the stories of young women who have beat the cancer, it's amazing to see all the strength they have, we must lear from these warriors. Also they modeled! They walked like pros on the runway! That was amazing!
My small contribution was to donate two pieces of my line in order to do an auction and collect the much possible money. I'm going to be honest, i was really anxious of that auction, thinking if someone wanted my creations. I chose to donate pieces from my collection "Take me to Santorini" (if you have been around here, you may know about this collections, and if not click here).
The event took place in a really nice venue of my city and another local brands also had the opportunity to help. The slogan for the event was "I have cancer and i still shine", very encouraging words, and i asked myself, why if we are healthy... why we don't shine? We must learn to appreciate the health and blessings we have around our life and also be grateful.
So today i will share all the action i saw in this event and also to encourage you to be happy and grateful with all the things you have such as health, family and love.

P.S. At the end my pieces were auctioned and sold for very good prices! I was so happy to contribute to this amazing cause!

Este post es de algo que realmente quiero compartir con ustedes. Este pasado viernes fue invitada a asistir y apoyar un evento de moda donde la meta era reunir fondos para abrir un centro oncológico en una ciudad pequeña. Fue tan inspirador escuchar estas historias de mujeres jóvenes que han vencido el cáncer, es sorprendente ver la fuerza que tienen, debemos aprender de estas guerreras. También modelaron! Caminaron en la pasarela como profesionales! Fue increíble!
Mi pequeña contribución fue donar dos piezas de mi marca para que hicieras una subasta y reunir todo el dinero posible. Voy a ser honesta, estaba muy nerviosa acerca de esa subasta pensando si alguien iba a querer mis piezas. Escogí donar piezas de mi colección "Take me to Santorini" (Si has estado por aquí algún tiempo, sabrás acerca de esta colección, si no haz clic aquí!).
El evento fue en un lugar muy lindo en mi ciudad y también otras marcas locales apoyaron la causa. El slogan fue "Tengo cáncer y sigo brillando", palabras muy alentadoras y me pregunté, ¿por qué si estamos sanos ... ¿por qué nosotros no brillamos? Debemos aprender a apreciar nuestra salud y bendiciones que tenemos en nuestra vida y también ser agradecidos.
Así que hoy voy a compartir toda la acción que vi en este evento y también para animarte a ser feliz y agradecido con todas las cosas que tienes, como la salud y familia.

P.D. Al final mis piezas fueron subastadas y vendidas a super buenos precios! Estaba tan feliz de contribuir a esta causa increíble!
